Mark is a graduate of the School of Management at Cranfield University in Bedford UK where he studied small business failure, turnarounds in SMEs and entrepreneurship. Mark’s research includes both qualitative and quantitative empirical projects. His work has been included in the Conference Proceedings for the International Council for Small Business 2018 Congress where he was recognized with a Best Paper Award, as well as the US Association of Small Business and Entrepreneurship 2019 Annual Conference.
